Armed with a keen aesthetic sense, a Diploma from the School of Interior Design, Rachna Sansad (1999) and a Masters in Interior Design from Birmingham City University (2001), Kumpal began her career as an Interior Designer over two decades ago. During this period she has utilized her expertise in designing homes as well as commercial / retail spaces and has worked with some of the biggest companies in India.
Amidst all of this, her love for furniture and furnishings continued growing and this brought about a foray into successful ventures under the brand names of “Ash and Teak” and “Ochre Home Couture Pvt. Ltd.”
Needless to say, her hard work and sense of design haven’t gone unnoticed, as several awards stand testament to that fact, alongside being featured in the media extensively. Listed below are some of her achievements:
